Aidrick Support

Find help, account deletion information, billing support, and guest access guidance.

Getting started

First launch, the main loop, and what Aidrick is designed to do.

Start with Aidrick

Aidrick helps turn incoming materials into clear cards, sources, and next actions.

The main loop

Drop something into Aidrick, review what Aidrick understood, check the source, and confirm the action you want to keep.

  • Use Drop for screenshots, documents, links, receipts, messages, voice notes, and files where supported.
  • Review Source before you rely on a result.
  • Confirm actions before they become tasks, reminders, messages, follow-ups, or archive cards.

First value before account pressure

Aidrick 1.0 is designed so the first useful product moment does not require a paywall first. Account, sync, and subscription features can add cross-device and cloud-backed behavior later.

Keep private work protected

When app protection is enabled, Aidrick hides private material until the device is unlocked with the protection method you configured.

Share something to Aidrick

Send a supported message, file, screenshot, or link to Aidrick from the iPhone share sheet.

Share from another app

  • Open the message, file, screenshot, or link you want to organize.
  • Tap Share, then choose Aidrick.
  • Review what Aidrick found and check the source.
  • Accept, edit, or save the result when it is correct.

If Aidrick is not in the share sheet

Open the share sheet's app list, choose More, and enable Aidrick. You can also open Aidrick and use Drop.

Use Today, Archive, and Ask

Review what needs attention, keep completed context, and ask questions grounded in available sources.

Today

Today collects confirmed tasks, reminders, follow-ups, and other items that need attention now.

Archive

Archive keeps saved cards and their available source context. Archiving an item does not change its privacy or retention settings.

Ask

Ask answers from the Aidrick context that is available to you. Check linked sources before relying on dates, amounts, names, or obligations.

Drop and Source

How Aidrick understands incoming material and keeps source context visible.

Drop, review, then confirm

Aidrick can prepare a result from incoming material, but you stay in control of the next action.

What Drop is for

Drop is the fastest way to give Aidrick material that needs organization. Aidrick may prepare a summary, a task, a reminder, a message draft, a follow-up, or an archive card depending on the source.

What to check

  • Open Source when the exact wording matters.
  • Check dates, amounts, names, and obligations before confirming.
  • Use local analysis or local-only mode for sensitive material when you do not want cloud processing.

What Aidrick does not do

Aidrick is not a lawyer, bank, doctor, or automatic decision-maker. Treat results as organized help, not final professional advice.

Review AI results and sources

AI results can be incomplete or wrong. Confirm important details against the available source.

Before you rely on a result

  • Open Source and compare the original wording when it is available.
  • Check dates, amounts, names, obligations, and recipients.
  • Edit or reject a result that does not match the source.
  • Do not use Aidrick as a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

When evidence is missing

If Aidrick cannot show the source or does not have enough evidence, treat the result as unverified. A confident tone does not make a result correct.

Source availability and retention

Source helps explain where a result came from, and retention settings decide how long source evidence remains available.

When Source is available

Source may show the original text, file, capture, or other evidence that supported a result when that source is stored and available.

When Source is not available

  • The source may be local-only on another device.
  • The source may have been removed by a retention rule.
  • The source may never have been stored because the material was sensitive or local-only.

How Aidrick explains it

Aidrick tells you when source evidence was not stored or is no longer available. It does not present unavailable source content as if you can still inspect it.

Privacy and sync

Local-first behavior, cloud processing choices, and sync boundaries.

Privacy controls

Aidrick privacy controls decide what can sync, use cloud processing, be searched, or be shared.

Key controls

  • Local-only mode blocks cloud AI and sync for affected data by default.
  • Private Vault content is local-only by default and excluded from sync, cloud AI, guest sharing, and global search unless a future explicit setting changes that.
  • Source retention settings control whether source evidence is kept, kept briefly, or not stored.

Analytics and support boundaries

Aidrick keeps private content out of analytics and operational logs. Support can use safe metadata and status information, but does not receive document text, message text, file names, full links, or export content unless you explicitly include selected content in a support flow.

How sync works

Aidrick is local-first for personal work and backend-verified for sync, sharing, subscriptions, and cloud limits.

Local-first behavior

You can create and review local work without a network connection. When your account, network, settings, and plan allow it, Aidrick syncs eligible changes through the backend.

Backend-verified areas

  • Subscription and entitlement state comes from backend verification, not client claims.
  • Guest link validity and access revoke state are checked by the backend.
  • Cloud smart action usage and storage limits are enforced by the backend.

What does not sync by default

  • Local-only data.
  • Private Vault data.
  • Source content blocked by retention or privacy settings.

Subscriptions

Free, Plus, Pro, restore, limits, and store-managed cancellation.

Plans and limits

Aidrick has Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Privacy, safety, and data-rights features are not paywalled.

Free

  • Local Inbox, Today, Archive, Source Viewer, and local/basic Ask where available.
  • App protection, local-only mode, source retention settings, guest receiving, report/block/close access, data export, data deletion, and account deletion.
  • 25 cloud smart actions each month.

Plus

  • Cross-device sync and 10 GB of synced storage.
  • 500 cloud smart actions each month.
  • Up to 25 active guest links and 50 active shared cards.
  • Advanced Ask, document analysis, promise memory, follow-up tracking, message composer, and personal rules where available.

Pro

  • Everything in Plus, with 50 GB of synced storage and 2,500 cloud smart actions each month.
  • Up to 100 active guest links and 250 active shared cards.
  • Long-document analysis, advanced projects and comparisons, and priority processing where available.

Billing state

Aidrick activates paid access only after the backend verifies the App Store purchase. If a subscription cannot be verified, Aidrick shows the current billing state and keeps privacy, security, and data-rights actions available.

Restore or manage a subscription

Use restore when Aidrick needs to reconnect a store purchase. Cancel or change billing through the store.

Restore

Restore purchase asks the store for eligible purchases and waits for backend verification before paid entitlements are trusted.

Cancel or change billing

Deleting your Aidrick account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage cancellation, renewal, and payment method changes in the App Store.

If restore fails

  • Check that you are signed in to the store account that made the purchase.
  • Check network availability.
  • Try refresh or restore again.
  • Contact support if the store shows an active purchase but Aidrick does not refresh entitlement state.

Guest access

Scoped links, replies, downloads, reports, expiration, and revoke behavior.

Guest access basics

Guest access is scoped to one shared context. It is not access to the sender's full Aidrick.

What guests can do

  • Open a secure link without installing Aidrick or creating an account.
  • View only the shared card or file that the access grant allows.
  • Reply, confirm received, download, upload, or report only when those actions are allowed.

What guests cannot do

  • Browse the sender's Archive.
  • See unrelated cards, documents, private notes, or hidden categories.
  • Bypass expiration or revoke.

Receiving is free

Guests can receive allowed shared access without a subscription. Creating guest links and shared cards depends on the sender's plan and limits.

Report unsafe shared content

Guests can report suspicious or abusive shared content without creating an Aidrick account.

Send a report

  • Open the shared guest page and choose Report.
  • Choose the category that best describes the problem.
  • Add an optional comment only when it is needed to understand the report.
  • Submit the report. Reporting does not give you access to any additional content.

Protect sensitive information

Do not include passwords, payment details, security codes, private messages, or unrelated personal information in the comment. Reports go to Aidrick's restricted moderation process.

Data rights

Export, deletion, account deletion, and what support can see.

Export, delete data, or delete account

Data export, data deletion, and account deletion are data-rights features and are not paywalled.

Export

Export lets you request a copy of eligible Aidrick data. Support does not see export content by default, and Aidrick does not attach it to support tickets automatically.

Delete data

Deletion can apply to local data, synced data, or your account depending on the flow. Deleting synced data requires internet so the backend can apply the deletion.

Delete account

  • Account deletion requires re-authentication.
  • Account deletion closes shared links and invalidates guest sessions.
  • Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Troubleshooting

Safe steps for sync, billing, guest links, and support requests.

Troubleshoot common issues

Start with the safest check: preserve local work, then refresh the server-backed state.

Sync is not updating

  • Check network availability.
  • Check whether the item is local-only or in Private Vault.
  • Refresh account and entitlement state when sync depends on a paid plan.
  • Avoid deleting local work only to force sync.

A guest link does not open

  • The link may be expired, revoked, or denied by the backend.
  • Ask the sender to check the shared card and access state.
  • Use report or support if the shared content looks unsafe.

A subscription does not refresh

  • Use restore purchase.
  • Check the store account that made the purchase.
  • Contact support if the store shows active access but Aidrick still shows an unverified state.

Contact support safely

Support receives the minimum information needed, and you control selected attachments.

What to include

  • The area where the issue happened, such as sync, billing, guest access, export, deletion, or abuse report.
  • The safe status you saw, such as expired, revoked, pending, restore failed, or upload unavailable.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue without pasting private source text or message text.

What not to paste

  • Passwords, payment details, private document text, message text, full links, store receipts, or security codes.
  • Raw access links or route values from guest pages.
  • File names or file contents unless the support flow explicitly asks and you choose the attachment.

Attachments

Aidrick does not attach private content to support requests automatically. Attach only the specific content you choose to send.
